This is how it works

Developing new products and adapting existing products to a constantly changing market is a complex, expensive and often extremely uncertain process.

Three key stages accompany this creative process: Generating and filtering ideas, developing and analysing prototypes and market testing.

SIRPAC is committed to interacting with as many consumers as possible at a reduced cost to companies. These consumers actively take part in generating and putting forward ideas based on their needs, wishes and priorities, participating in developing and preparing new products on the market. To do this, SIRPAC combines new communication channels accessed via social networks and other conventional media.

SIRPAC combines a sensory and consumer-based approach focused on the customer with the aim of providing a constant and corroborated two-way flow of information with food producers so that they can use this information to develop and improve their products

Active listening

Active listening is SIRPAC's main tool.Driven by the network's expert members, SIRPAC aims to generate a debate forum, a meeting point for as many consumers as possible through social networks, thematic forums and direct consultation in order to create an active listening process in which consumers' preferences, concerns and expectations are reflected.
